    　背景介紹

    　水泥行業(yè)的CO2排放占到全球CO2總排放的5%。中國(guó)作為世界水泥生產(chǎn)量和消耗量最大的國(guó)家，其水泥產(chǎn)量占到世界水泥產(chǎn)量的一半以上。隨著低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái)，中國(guó)水泥行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展已成為各方關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。水泥可持續(xù)發(fā)展倡議組織（CSI）水泥行業(yè)CO2減排議定書(shū)工具經(jīng)過(guò)近十年的不斷發(fā)展完善，已在世界各國(guó)主要水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中被廣泛應(yīng)用。2009年底，5家中國(guó)水泥企業(yè)正式加入CSI并成為其會(huì)員。但是，5家企業(yè)中只有較少技術(shù)管理人員參加過(guò)CSI工具的培訓(xùn)。因此，有必要對(duì)這5家中國(guó)水泥企業(yè)進(jìn)行CSI培訓(xùn)，以推動(dòng)CSI工具在中國(guó)水泥行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用。  

    　培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)

    　此次培訓(xùn)是向中國(guó)華潤(rùn)（集團(tuán)）有限公司水泥企業(yè)介紹有關(guān)CSI協(xié)議書(shū)理論方法及工具的使用，以促進(jìn)一個(gè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的水泥行業(yè)在溫室氣體減排、節(jié)能以及清潔發(fā)展方面的理解和行動(dòng)。

    　培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容

    　培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容包括專(zhuān)家授課、案例學(xué)習(xí)及工具使用練習(xí)。接受過(guò)CSI培訓(xùn)的中國(guó)專(zhuān)家將作為培訓(xùn)專(zhuān)家。

    　BACKGROUND

    　CO2 emission from the world cement industry takes up about 5% of the total global emission. China, as the world largest cement producer and consumer, takes more than half of the total global cement production. With low carbon economy coming, the sustainable development of China cement industry becomes the core issue for different stakeholders. CSI Cement-sector Specific CO2 Quantification Protocol Tool, with nearly ten years development, has been widely adopted by major cement producers in the world.  At the end of 2009, five Chinese cement companies joined CSI and became the members of CSI. However, only limited engineers in the 5 companies received CSI tool training. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct CSI training for these five companies with the purpose of promoting CSI tool’s application in China cement industry.

    　OBJECTIVE

    　The objective of this training is to diffuse the CSI Protocol methodology and tool in SINOMA and to enhance the understanding and application of GHG emission reduction, energy efficiency and clean development for a sustainable cement industry.
